Our brownies and many other treats are made from our cake flour, a flour mixture developed by Isabella herself. Did you know that you can also order them from us and that gluten-free baking is no longer a problem from now on?
Our flour is wonderful for pastries and makes delicious sponge cakes, sponge cakes or shortcrust pastries turn out perfectly. The flour mixture works particularly well in vegan doughs, but can easily be exchanged 1:1 in all basic recipes.

Rapeseed oil
Rapeseed oil is the most popular oil in Germany, ahead of sunflower and olive oil. And not without reason, because it convinces with various positive properties. For example, rapeseed oil is the cooking oil with the lowest saturated fat content. In addition, rapeseed oil has a good omega 6 value and is a comparatively good source of omega 3. By the way, rapeseed is a plant species from the genus cabbage within the cruciferous family.
Rice flour
Rice flour is a gluten-free type of flour that, as the name suggests, consists of rice grains that are ground into a fine flour. The consistency is similar to that of cereal flour, but much finer. It is used for baking and cooking and is especially popular in Asian cuisine.
Walnuts
Walnuts are real immune boosters: The nuts of the walnut tree contain a lot of nutrients such as protein, minerals, antioxidants, vitamins and much more. They also have a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Walnuts are suitable on their own as a snack or can be used for baking and cooking. From bread to pasta to pastries – there are no limits to creativity here.
