Start the day with us
We offer you a rich, gluten-free breakfast in many variations: choose a classic, vegetarian or vegan breakfast according to your taste with a selection of our homemade gluten-free organic breads and rolls. You also have a large selection of hot drinks from organic coffee specialties with different types of milk to hot chocolate and organic teas. Gluten-free croissants, brioche, chocolate and raisin rolls are also available for fans of the French breakfast option.
Creamy fruit bowls, smoothies and various homemade granolas, whether with organic natural yogurt or vegan with soy yogurt, are also included. Take a look at our menu card here.

Breakfast already over? Then enjoy a vegetable quiche or one of our gluten-free sandwiches. Here too, you can choose between classic, vegetarian or vegan.
Sweet patisserie
And if you love sweets as much as we do, a delicious, gluten-free cake counter with fine patisserie products awaits you. Everything is lovingly handmade for you.
We bake exclusively gluten-free in our bakery. All raw materials have been tested for "gluten-free" in accordance with legal requirements before they are processed by us. But we want to offer you even more. That's why we also bake cakes and cupcakes for you that are lactose-free, dairy-free or vegan. Our gluten-free cakes and cupcakes even contain no added sugar.
A colorful selection of macarons, which we make without artificial colors and fill with the finest ganache, has long been one of our guests' favorite products. We also offer vegan macarons in a variety of flavors.
In addition to gluten-free cookies, pastries and granolas, the finest gluten-free, vegan chocolates are also waiting for you.
