Oat milk, gluten-free
Oat milk, usually referred to commercially as oat drink or oat drink, is a milk alternative and is suitable for people who suffer from a food intolerance or follow a vegan diet, for example. It is made from water and oat flakes and contains no lactose, milk protein or soy. It is also cholesterol-free and therefore helps to lower cholesterol levels. What oat milk does contain, however, is gluten. In order to be able to use oat milk with coeliac disease, it must be labeled as gluten-free.
Rice flour
Rice flour is a gluten-free type of flour which, as the name suggests, consists of rice grains that are ground into a fine flour. The consistency is similar to that of cereal flour, but much finer. It can be used for baking and cooking and is particularly popular in Asian cuisine.

Baking gluten-free is often not that easy. All the better if there is a flour that can be used to make a variety of different treats easily and safely.
Our in-house gluten-free flour mix for pastries is simply ideal here, as it is the perfect gluten-free flour for delicious sponge, cookies or shortcrust pastry. The flour mix works particularly well in vegan doughs, but can easily be substituted 1:1 in all basic recipes. So nothing is guaranteed to go wrong in future and the coffee table will be bursting with wonderfully fragrant, gluten-free baked goods.
