Our gluten-free quinoa bread - the authentic one.

Isabella's organic sourdough bread is a real favorite in our bread range - mild and grain-free. Our secret? The gluten-free quinoa bread is made completely without yeast, processed particularly gently and left to rest for more than 48 hours before we bake it. This is the only way to develop the full flavor and get what we really want: a real bread with valuable nutrients!

Baking instructions

What we have produced with a great deal of love and care should give you maximum enjoyment for as long as possible. Packing our products in a protective atmosphere makes this possible.

Storage tips - gluten-free quinoa bread

Store our baked goods in their packaging protected from sunlight and heat at room temperature (max. 20 degrees) until the end of the best-before date.

But plans can change, good things should stay good - you can also freeze our baked goods for the time being and bake them within the next 3 months when you have time to enjoy them again. If necessary, you can pack some of the freshly sliced bread in portions in freezer bags and freeze it.

Tips for baking

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat or 180 °C fan oven. Place the wire shelf on the middle shelf.
  2. Open the packaging, remove the bread, spray with a little water, place on the wire shelf and bake in a hot oven: Bread needs 15-18 minutes, for more crust
    up to 20 minutes; rolls and pastries need 8-10 minutes.
  3. Take fragrant pastries out of the oven. Leave bread rolls and small baked goods to cool briefly, only cut bread into slices or pieces when completely cooled. And now enjoy very quickly!
