These lactose-free treats not only give the French original a run for its money, but also impress with their taste and airy sweetness.

Our recommendation: enjoy the delicious, still slightly warm brioche with honey, jam or chocolate cream. It almost feels like a culinary trip to Paris!

Perfect storage: our brioche

Store our gluten-free baked goods in their packaging protected from the sun and heat at room temperature (max. 20 degrees) until the best-before date.
We all know that plans can change. But good things should stay good - so you can freeze our brioche for the time being and bake it within the next 3 months when you have time to enjoy it again.

Bake perfectly

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat or 180 °C fan oven. Place the wire shelf on the middle shelf.
2. Open the packaging, remove the gluten-free brioche, spray with a little water, place on the wire rack and bake in a hot oven:
   Bread needs 15-18 minutes, for more crust up to 20 minutes; rolls and cookies need 8-10 minutes.
3. Take the fragrant pastries out of the oven and leave to cool briefly.

Our flour mix

Baking gluten-free is often not that easy. All the better if there is a flour that can be used to make a variety of different treats easily and safely.

Our in-house gluten-free flour mix for pastries is simply ideal here, as it is the perfect gluten-free flour for delicious sponge, cookies or shortcrust pastry. The flour mix works particularly well in vegan doughs, but can easily be substituted 1:1 in all basic recipes. So nothing is guaranteed to go wrong in future and the coffee table will be bursting with wonderfully fragrant, gluten-free baked goods.
