Of course, a family business only works if everyone pulls together. It was perfect that Isabella was lucky enough to have her husband Christof and son Dominic passionate about her idea right from the start - and together they were able to make the pâtisserie what it is today.
Dominic Krätz
Bringing joie de vivre to an area that is actually associated with sacrifice: That was what convinced Isabella's son Dominic to take over the management of the family business. After Isabella's diagnosis and her idea to open her own café, the decision to become a part of Isabella Glutenfreie Pâtisserie was actually quite easy for him. Developing such a special concept, bringing in his own ideas and actually implementing them inspired him right from the start. So it's no wonder that his love for food and therefore for the entire industry only grew from day to day.
Today, he is active as Managing Director and runs the family business with absolute passion, where everyone can and is allowed to live out their skills. Isabella is the creative part, while Dominic pulls the strings in the background and father Christof demonstrates his skills in shopfitting and retail design - always together with the entire Isabella team, of course.
Christof Krätz
Isabella's husband Christof clearly has an eye for detail and that certain something: thanks to his experience in the textile trade, he shines with his incredible understanding of shopfitting and retail design. And so it goes without saying that he not only assesses Isabella's new locations in advance, but also supervises, plans and designs them with a great deal of love from the very beginning. Together with Dutch designer Piet Hein Eek, he creates Isabella's lovingly furnished cafés throughout Germany.
