Our gluten-free plum crumble and many other treats are made from our cake flour, a flour mix developed by Isabella herself. Did you know that you can also order these from us and that gluten-free baking is no longer a problem?
Because we know it ourselves: Gluten-free baking is often not that easy. All the better if there is a flour that can be used to make a variety of different treats easily and safely.
Our in-house gluten-free flour mix for pastries is simply ideal here, as it is the perfect gluten-free flour for delicious sponge, cookies or shortcrust pastry. The flour mix works particularly well in vegan doughs, but can easily be substituted 1:1 in all basic recipes. So nothing is guaranteed to go wrong in future and the coffee table will be bursting with wonderfully fragrant, gluten-free baked goods.
