gluten-free oat flakes

Oats, which are naturally low in gluten, are a whole grain product and are probably known to most people in the form of rolled oats. For oat flakes to be gluten-free, they must not be contaminated. This happens, for example, if they are contaminated with gluten-containing grains (such as wheat) during cultivation. Gluten-free oat flakes should therefore always be labeled as such. Amaranth

Amaranth, naturally gluten-free, is a pseudocereal: This means that it is used in a similar way to cereals, but belongs to the foxtail family rather than the sweet grass family. Its seeds taste sweet to nutty and have a high protein content. Amaranth is rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron and also contains unsaturated fatty acids.

Almonds

Almonds belong to the stone fruit family and are therefore not, as most people assume, nuts. Nevertheless, they are in no way inferior to nuts, as almonds are also full of nutrients and are therefore not only versatile, but also quite healthy. It is particularly good to eat almonds unpeeled, as fatty acids, vitamins, fiber etc. are mainly found in the almond skin.
