As we all know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should therefore be very special. How convenient that Isabella's delicious gluten-free coconut-cranberry granola is here. The delicious combination of amaranth pops, nutrient-rich walnuts and a sophisticated combination of coconut and cranberries is perfect for a healthy start to the day. By the way: this divine breakfast delight is completely vegan!

Our gluten-free coconut-cranberry granola tastes great with milk or a milk alternative of your choice, a natural yoghurt with a little honey or fresh fruit such as apple, banana or berries. You can also find it in all our cafés.

gluten-free oat flakes

Oats, which are naturally low in gluten, are a whole grain product and are probably known to most people in the form of rolled oats. For oat flakes to be gluten-free, they must not be contaminated. This happens, for example, if they are contaminated with gluten-containing grains (such as wheat) during cultivation. Gluten-free oat flakes should therefore always be labeled as such. Oatmeal is a real health booster: it keeps you full for a long time, lowers cholesterol levels, boosts digestion and is also ideal for diabetics. They are also full of vitamins, iron, magnesium and calcium, fiber and antioxidants. They are perfect for muesli, but are also used in various baked goods.

Amaranth

Amaranth, naturally gluten-free, is a pseudocereal: This means that it is used in a similar way to cereals, but belongs to the foxtail family rather than the sweet grass family. Its seeds taste sweet to nutty and have a high protein content. Amaranth is rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron and also contains unsaturated fatty acids.

Cranberry

Widely known by the English name cranberry, the cranberry belongs to the blueberry family. They are red to dark red and about the size of a cherry. As the cranberry is slightly sour to bitter, it is usually processed and used in food or drinks. They are full of vitamins and minerals and have an antioxidant effect.
