Rice flour
Rice flour is a gluten-free type of flour which, as the name suggests, consists of rice grains that are ground into a fine flour. The consistency is similar to that of cereal flour, but much finer. It is used for baking and cooking and is particularly popular in Asian cuisine.
Invert sugar
Invert sugar is often used in the production of foodstuffs and usually occurs as syrup, the starting material for which is sucrose or starch. This is broken down to produce a mixture of dextrose (glucose) and fruit sugar (fructose). In contrast to conventional white sugar, invert sugar is slightly sweeter and no longer crystallizes. This gives products a creamy, smooth consistency. Invert sugar is used particularly frequently in sweet foods, including pastries, cakes, sorbets and ice creams. It is also often used to sweeten bread and rolls.
Orange extract
As the name suggests, orange extract is obtained from oranges and is available in a highly concentrated form as a powder or oil. It is versatile and is used, for example, in savory meat and fish dishes. However, it is just as suitable for refining desserts, sweet dishes and baked goods.
Rapeseed oil
Rapeseed oil is the most popular oil in Germany, ahead of sunflower and olive oil. And not without reason, because it convinces with various positive properties.
